All orders are subject to our processing times prior to estimated shipping times.

Typically, our processing time for an order, which includes pulling, reviewing, and preparing for shipment, takes around 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Processing times can increase from 3-5 business days to 7-14 business days during very high-volume times such as new launches, seasonal sales and holidays. Once fulfilled, your order will ship with the shipping method selected at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We accept returns and exchanges as long as it's within the first 14 days of delivery date and is NOT a Final Sale purchase. ALL FINAL SALE items are final sale. 

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

There is a $8.00 restocking and processing fee on returns via original form of payment, however U.S. exchanges are free.

What is your return policy?

Thank you so much for reaching out to us! We love that you are excited about purchasing some of our bramis! Unfortunately, we do not currently have any active discount codes. 

In addition, all customers signed up on our email list will be notified of any valid sales/promotion codes that are currently taking place, so make sure you check that you want to receive our promotions during the checkout process, or scroll to the bottom of this page to subscribe: HERE.
