Exchanges

To start the process input your order number and email address into our Return's center to access your order.

Once your information is entered, you can then select the products you would like to exchange. You can select these items by clicking on the product.

Once you select the product, it will prompt you to answer your reason for your exchange.

Once you select the reason for your exchange, you can either exchange this style for a different size and color by clicking the "Exchange for new color or size" button. If your size/color is out of stock, or if you prefer to exchange for a different style click the button "Return Item".

If you choose to exchange for a different style, we will offer you a $5 dollar credit to apply to your exchange order. To qualify for the $5 shop now credit, your newly selected items must cost at least $5 more than the exchanged items. For instance, if you are returning a brami that costs $39.99, you will need to select a replacement brami that costs $45 or more in order to be eligible for the shop now credit.

After you click shop now, you will be sent to our website for full access of all available Bramis!

Once you selected your item you would like in exchange, please click on the shopping cart and proceed as if you were checking out.

Once you click check out, you will be sent to our return's confirmation page to overlook all the return details. 

You will be prompted to select either an instant exchange or a standard return. 

Once the exchange is completed, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label (domestic customers only), to send your return items back to us!

Instant Exchanges

Our Standard Exchange process requires the customer to initiate the exchange request and send the items back to our fulfillment center. Once we have marked the items as delivered, we will create the exchange order and send it out to the customer.

With our Instant Exchange option, customers do not have to wait until their return reaches our fulfillment center. Instead, they have a 14-day window to drop off their items at the post office before being charged the full cost of the items they are exchanging.


Exchange of Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for exchange orders; however, you can return the item for store credit and apply that store credit to the desired style or size!
