To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

2. Enter your order number and email address or zip code. If you are returning an item from an exchange order, be sure to include the full order number including any letters and dashes (e.g., EXC-xxxxxx-1).
3. Locate the item you wish to return or exchange and click on it.
4. Select the reason for your return or exchange.
5. If you're returning the item, choose your preferred refund method – store credit or refund to the original form of payment. Note that returns for a refund are subject to a processing fee.
6. Review your return request and submit it by clicking on 'Submit return'.
7. Once your return request is submitted, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label and/or QR code for convenient returns.
