My order was marked delivered but I haven't received itUpdated a year ago
We apologize for the delay in receiving your order! Sometimes there can be a delay in the delivery process even after the item has been scanned. We recommend allowing a few extra days for your package to arrive. We also suggest reaching out to your neighbors and mail carrier, as they may have more information regarding the whereabouts of your package. It's been noted that in some instances, mail carriers may deliver packages to neighboring houses or experience a slight delay in delivery by a day or two.
For orders that include Route Protection, we recommend filing a claim if your order has not been delivered and is within 15 days of delivery date. You can start by filing your claim here; Resolve Center (route.com).
For orders that do not include Route Protection, if the package is still not delivered within five business days of delivery date, we recommend that you file a claim with your carrier. However, please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address we have on file for your order, as stated in our FAQ Policy.
