Return Policy
Buy 2 Get 1 Free items will be exchanged/refunded as per the discount spread across the items in the order. Please contact [email protected] for additional information as needed.
Please keep note that the return window closes at 12 AM EST the day provided when your order information is inputted into the Return's Center.
Outbound shipping fees and Route Protection Plan costs are non-refundable.
For returns resulting in a refund via original form of payment, a restocking and processing fee of $5.00 will be applied. This fee is for each return request! It is important to note that this fee does not apply to returns made for store credit or domestic exchanges.
If you've initiated multiple returns, kindly avoid combining them in a single package. Each return request is associated with a unique and individual return label, crucial for tracking purposes.

To process your return, please submit a request through our Returns Portal on our website in addition to any request submitted through Meta. You can start the process by clicking here: Returns Center - Klassy Network. Once you complete the return request, you'll receive a pre-paid shipping label, and we’ll approve your return promptly.
International Returns
How to submit a return
To start the return request for your order, please enter your order number and email address/zip code. If you are returning an exchange order, please make sure to include EXC-XXXXXX-1 in your order number.
Once your information has been inputted, your order will be accessed to start the return process!
Select the item(s) you wish to return by clicking on the product.
You will then be prompted to select why you are requesting a return for that particular item.
After filling out the reason for your request, our Return's Center will ask if you wish to change your return to an exchange with an additional credit. To proceed with a return, click "Get $xx".
You will then be asked to select your preferred method of return credit. We can provide you with either store credit or a refund via original form of payment. Please note that returns via original form of payment are subjected to an $8 processing fee.
Once all information has been inputted, we ask that you review your return request to ensure all information is correct. If everything looks good, click "Submit return"!
After the return is submitted, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label (for domestic customers). We also offer QR codes as well!
